Determination of 17 kinds of banned organochlorine pesticides in water by activated carbon fiber-solid phase microextraction coupled with GC-MS.

Activated carbon fiber (ACF) as extraction fiber for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and its application for the analysis of banned organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were investigated. Firstly, ACF was activated by different concentration of zinc chloride, which indicated that ACF activated by 60% zinc chloride had a reasonable specific surface area, pore volume and pore distribution. Secondly, the parameters for the ACF-SPME procedure, the adsorption and desorption conditions, were also optimized when coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Thirdly, the ACF-SPME was used to analyze 17 kinds of OCPs in water. The linearity of most pesticides was found to be between 0.2 and 50 microg/l with GC-MS under the selected ion monitoring (SIM) acquisition mode. The limits of detection (LOD) at the sub microg/l were obtained. The work demonstrated here shows that ACF is a promising alternative for the SPME procedure.     

猪肉中16种性激素的多残留检测方法

采用安捷仑GC/MS5975N能同时对猪肉中16种性激素残留进行筛选、定量和确证.对5.0g肌肉样品的检出限均在0.25～1.0 μg·kg-1之间.猪肉的平均回收率分别为83.7%～107.9%,平均变异系数为6.8%～19.7%.当添加水平为1.0 μgkg-1时,本方法不同批次猪肉回收率的相对标准偏差为7.7%～21.6%,重复性好.另外,与安捷仑GC/MS5973分析相比,采用GC/MS5975N时,雌三醇衍生物定量离子为m/z 876,比m/z 663峰度强.     

合肥同步辐射软X射线显微术研究

合肥国家同步辐射实验室首期建设的光束线之一用于软Ｘ射线显微成像研究。实验站现已装置初型的扫描透射Ｘ射线显微镜，并正在进行亲一代的扫描显微建设，同时还使同步辐射光进行接触软Ｘ射线呈微成像研究，并对选取的一些生物样品进行了成像试验。本文介绍了合肥同步辐射光源上软Ｘ射线显微术实验线站的建设及完成的一些实验结果。

线圈型全光纤偏振器的研究

本文采用等效电流法对线圈型全光纤偏振器进行了分析计算.对应于保偏光纤中两正交传输基模的消光比,提出了一种分析保偏光纤弯曲损耗的新方法,这种方法基于将保偏光纤两个不同偏振模式分别等效为两个普通圆光纤的基模,等效参数通过测量不同偏振模式的模场半径来确定.实验证明这种理论计算方法与实验结果一致.最终,我们研制出的线圈型光纤偏振器在1.31μm工作波长下,实测消光比达30dB以上,工作偏振模式插入损耗≤3dB.     

氯化π-单取代环戊二烯基镍(Ⅱ)的双齿膦配合物合成和催化

合成了化学式为[(η~5一RC_5H_4)NiPh_2P(CH_2).PPh_2]Cl的六个配合物(式中R=Me,Et;n=2(dppe ).n=3(dppp),n=4(dppb).并用IR和~1H NMR对其进行了表征.考察并讨论了它们对苯基溴化镁与氯化苄和反式-均二氯乙烯交叉偶联反应的催化活性.     

Fabrication of tunable colloid crystals from amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers

A pH-responsive colloidal crystal was assembled using core-shell composite spheres, poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid) (P(St-MMA-AA)) spheres covered by generation 4 amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers. The light reflection of the colloidal crystal film can be tuned at different pH due to different protonation level of the dendrimers. The method shows a facile way to fabricate diffraction-based chemical and biological sensors by exploiting the effect of photonic crystal cooperated with tunable nanoparticles.     

NBR/ORGANOMODIFIED BENTONITE INTERCALATED HYBRIDS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON THE TOUGHNESS OF PVC

Hybrids of intercalative nitrile-butadiene rubber/organomodified bentonite (NBR/OMB) were prepared by thelatex intercalation technique. Investigation of their mechanical properties and the microstructore of NBR/OMB showed thatthe organomodified bentonite is an effective toughener for NBR. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and X-rnydiffraction (XRD) tests showed that the NBR macromolecule could be intercalated into the galleries of bentonite.Incorporation of NBR/OMB hybrids as tougheners into poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) results in a substantial increase in theimpact strength of PVC, but little decrease in its tensile strength and flexural strength, compared to the unmodified PVC.     

Simultaneous determination of magnesium lithospermate B, rosmarinic acid, and lithospermic acid in beagle dog serum by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

A rapid, sensitive and specific isocratic liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB), rosmarinic acid (RA), and lithospermic acid (LA) in beagle dog serum, with silibinin as internal standard. The serum samples were treated by liquid-liquid extraction and analyzed using LC/MS/MS with a TurboIonSpray source. A short run-time (3 min) fulfilled the need for monitoring serum levels of MLB, RA, and LA in large-scale studies. The calibration curves for MLB, RA, and LA were linear over the ranges 8-2048, 4-1024, and 4-1024 ng/mL, respectively, with coefficients of correlation >0.999. The intra- and inter-day precision (CV) of analysis was <10%, and accuracy ranged from 90-104%. This quantitation method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of salvianolate administrated by intravenous infusion with dosage of 6 mg/kg in beagle dogs.
